OUR PRAYER

Lord, for those in need,

For those who are grieving, ill,  or in pain,  

Grant we pray the provisions needed to give 

Sustenance and relief.

Lord, help us to carry out Your will without selfishness 

Or pride.

Help us to hear Your call, to heed Your cries hidden 

Within the hearts of those around us,

And when the day is through, 

Allow us all, we  pray, to lie down 

To rest in the shadow of Your wings.
